we just like to party, like to pa-pa-party yeah

Today we went and got Starbucks (wonderful way to start the day) and sauntered off to the American History Museum. We saw cool stuff like the Ruby Slippers and Julia Child's Kitchen and Seinfeld's puffy shirt and the First Ladies' dresses.

We were going to go to the Beareau of Engraving and Printing, where they make money, but the tour tickets were sold out. So instead, the Little's rode on the carousel on the mall and we had chili dogs for lunch and came home.

Last day in Washington! 3: It's bittersweet, and I have a weird feeling that I didn't do all I wanted to, even though I know in my head that I did. I got a pyramid-studded belt, and the Littles got their FBI sweaters. I'm just so supremely satisfied with my Robert Frank book, I don't mind feeling deprived at all. *hugs it*

Man, I still have to read MOST of Silas Marner and all of another book for english and history, and all I have is the car ride tomorrow (which I know won't happen, with Ema and embroidery floss to distract me) and then the weekend. I'm gonna have to do some crazy reading.
