Yesterday was insane.
I had a history test, which I might've done mediocre on, and then I had to run over to dance.
After dance class, I flew off to the talent show. I was surprisingly un-nervous until the second I got on stage. When Tiffany played the first note, which I was supposed to sing on, I forgot. every. lyric. in the song.
Thankfully I picked it back up, and was shaking like a leaf the entire performance, but according to mom I did well. I feel like I didn't do nearly as well as I could have, but good enough to live with.
Then I ran off to Kate's party, which was unbelieveable. She looked gorgeous in a floor-length pink strapless dress, and Emily looked amazing in her black, white and red cocktail dress. Almost half our freaking class was there (well not really, but you know) and it was so hot.
I danced with all my friends, including Olivia and Ari, who I hadn't talked to in forever. Also slow danced with Mack (to Kiss Me by Sixpence None the Richer, b'aww) and I'm never letting him forget it. XD
He looked heavily drugged the entire time. It was quite funny.
Tomfoolery and faggotry galore! It was fantastic, and I danced so hard I think I re-damaged my knees. So worth it.
So when I woke up this morning I flew off to photo class, where we started the printing process. I only got one good final print out of the whole three-some-odd hours, but it was a good one. I'll keep working on my piano shot next class.
And poor Jacob had to miss the bus because he'd forgotten that he'd shaved off half his moustache the night before to play a joke on his friend until he got to the bus stop this morning. He had Kelsey, Selena and I in tears telling us about it.
When I came home, I got to see Uncle Steve, Aunt Sue and cousin Shee-shee for a couple hours before they flew off to Florida to Nationals! Cece is gonna win big, man!! Gold medals will be hanging off her neck when she comes back through!
I just watched Jerry Maguire with the fam, and it's such an adorable movie. The little kid, Ray, is the cutest thing EVER. And I feel my chick-flick existence has come full-circle now that I've seen that "you complete me" line. I was mouthing her line when she told him to shut up, and my mom laughed at me.
I'm going to go collapse in a heap now. I need a proper sleep, for the first time in a few weeks.
